The stay at this beautiful and amazing hotel was a GREAT one.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to multiple local restaurants and shops, the fitness center and Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe. Great location, close to the airport. The staff are extremely polite and the room is amazingly comfortable. A wide range of nice food.

This place is stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and should have a higher than 4-star rating; the room is comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

The workout room was under repair during my stay. This was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to get some exercise during my weekend stay.

there was a consistent lack of hot water for my morning showers, which was quite frustrating. Despite notifying the staff, the problem was not resolved and it continued throughout my stay.

It was convenient to have some excellent restaurants nearby, as well as being close to the airport. The hotel offers top-notch service, with room service, shops, and even a limousine service available. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I especially appreciated the sitting area and the in-room safe.
